Adding and Tracking CE Credits for ARRT

ASRT automatically transfers these documents to ARRT if your data on it matches your data on ARRT’s database. Matching is made based on birthday and social security number.

Since the transfer between both databases is done automatically, you don’t have to worry about that extra step. Just check to ensure that your social security number and birthday are identical in both databases.

When ASRT add your latest CE to your record, they’ll send you an email of confirmation within 10 days. You should contact them for further clarification if you don’t get the confirmation via email. You can log into your ASRT account whenever you want to view and track your CE records.

All of your 2-year cycles will start on the same day of the same month, and the same applies to the end of these cycles. How do you know which days these are? ARRT uses two dates here: the month you took your ARRT examination and your birthday.

Your cycle starts on the first day of your birth month, which comes after your test. Let’s say you took your test in March, and your birthday is in September. The first day of the cycle would be the first of September, and the last would be the last day of August.

Keeping track of all your CE activities can be hard.
