Become An Advanced Radiologic Technologist Today

Pulse Radiology Education, LLC is a New York based online radiology school that is both an MRI school and Computed Tomography training program.  Originally hosting live webinar lectures, Pulse Radiology evolved with the idea of making ARRT Structured Education more accessible through self-paced online programs.  The mission of Pulse Radiology is to help radiologic technologist (RT’s) to advance into post-primary imaging modalities through comprehensive, self-paced online programs approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and by providing practical clinical training at partnering affiliate locations.

Pulse Radiology is the first approved online radiology school to offer both MRI and CT courses in over 500 cities.  Currently, we have helped over 100 radiologic technologists become either MRI or CT certified spanning 8 states.  We plan on extending into more cities and states in 2018.  Pulse Radiology believes that online MRI schools for radiologic technologists are the best option to allow for career development while maintaining your current radiology job.

The MRI Certification Program is offered through the Pulse Radiology Student Portal.  Radiologic technologists are able to create a unique username and password which will serve as their “whenever, wherever” key into their courses.  Once enrolled, radiologic technologists are able to access weekly video lectures, notes, documentation, and testing used to help advance their didactic MRI learning.  At the halfway point, radiologic technologists are considered prepared to begin MRI clinical training.  Clinical training is normally 2-3 days per week in which we have weekend availability and late evening hours available in a majority of our locations.

Similar to our MRI Certification Program, the Pulse Radiology Computed Tomography (CT) Training Program is the best option for radiologic technologists looking to develop into a CAT scan technologist.  The CAT scan training program is approved by the ARRT as a Structured Education program and by the ASRT for 29 radiology CE credits.

Why is Pulse the Best Radiology School?

What makes us different from other programs?  Pulse Radiology provides clinical training to our radiologic technologists within our clinical affiliate network.  Our students are able to learn the complex components and parameters needed to successfully complete a diagnostic MRI or CT exam and experience patient inflow as an MRI technician, MRI technologist and CT technologist.

Don’t live in an area with clinical training?  Find your own clinical in your current hospital, outpatient center or local imaging center and Pulse Radiology will help set up proper arrangements.

If you are looking to find radiology CE credits, the Pulse CE Academy has you covered!  Enjoy video-based lectures and testing for an affordable price.  This a la carte service allows radiologic technologists to find fast, convenient radiology CE courses.  This service is offered nationwide.

Have you heard about Continuing Qualifications Requirements (CQR)?  If you graduated or received credentials on or after January 1, 2011, you are required to complete Continuing Qualifications Requirements (CQR).  This process requires radiologic technologists to participate in a Structured-Self Assessment (SSA).  Once completed, you will be given a referral of specific, targeted CE courses.  Pulse Radiology is proud to offer the first CQR resource to technologists.
