Utah Clinical Training

Pulse Radiology offers clinical training to radiologic technologists, ARRT and ARDMS sonographers, radiation therapists, and nuclear medicine technologists in Utah. All radiologic technologists training within the Pulse Radiology network of clinical affiliates in MRI, CT, and Mammography are required to display professionalism, superior patient care, and acknowledge the importance of attendance.

What information will I need to provide?

You must submit and provide the following documentation to your clinical coordination team to become eligible for approval at your clinical location:

  • Current State License
  • Current ARRT Registration
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Current Resume/CV
  • HIPAA Compliance Agreement
  • Tentative Weekly Clinical Schedule

How does the clinical training process work?

Upon completion of both the ARRT Structured Education course and submitted clinical documentation, you would be eligible for clinical placement.  To provide a consistent and comprehensive clinical training experience, you will follow the direction of your personal clinical coordinator in regards to communication, case submissions and attendance.

You must complete the Pulse Radiology Online Structured Education program with a 75%+ grade before starting clinical training.  Please be advised approval from the clinical leadership at the affiliate centers will be conducted by the Pulse Radiology clinical coordination team and not every clinical location can accommodate each modality.  For any questions about clinical training, please email us at [email protected].

Pulse Radiology believes in scheduled, one-on-one clinical training sessions with access to one of our clinical locations in Utah.
